Weight Training

From a full free weights area with dumbbells, barbells and benches, to an extensive cable and pulley system and a wide range of plate-loaded machines, Oxigim has everything you need to build strength, muscle and confidence.

Whether you are a beginner learning the basics or an advanced lifter chasing a personal best, our weight training area is equipped and laid out to help you perform your best. Equipment is regularly maintained.

Step-up Classes

There is something about training with others that pushes you further than you would go alone. Our group fitness classes bring energy, accountability and a sense of community to your workout. Spinning Classes

Spinning at Oxigim is one of our most popular offerings, and it is easy to see why. Riding together in a dedicated spinning room, guided by an energetic instructor and driven by powerful music, is an experience that is hard to match for cardio conditioning and fat burning.

Our spinning sessions cater for all levels from complete beginners through to seasoned cyclists. Each session builds cardiovascular endurance, leg strength and mental toughness in a fun, supportive group environment.

Cardio Zone

Our cardio zones are well-equipped with a variety of machines to keep your cardiovascular training fresh and effective. Treadmills, cross trainers, stationary bikes and more give you plenty of options to work at your own pace and your own goal.

Cardio training at Oxigim can be done as a standalone session or as a warm-up or cool-down alongside your weight training. Our facilities are spacious and well-maintained.
